MCED PACE Financing
Missouri — state program100% of project costs
Missouri Clean Energy District's Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program provides long-term, fixed-rate financing for energy efficiency and clean energy improvements on commercial, nonprofit, developer, public body, and agricultural properties. The financing attaches to the property rather than the owner, and both the improvement and the obligation transfer with ownership. PACE can be stacked with other capital sources to lower equity costs.
