The Weatherization Assistance Program improves the energy performance of homes to reduce monthly energy costs. Services may include ceiling, wall, and floor insulation, air infiltration reduction, furnace repair and replacement, heating duct improvements, and energy conservation education. Work is performed by contractors coordinated through local Community Action Agencies.

Individuals within 200% of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines. Priority given to seniors (60 years of age and older), people with disabilities, households with children aged five (5) and under, high residential energy users, and households with a high energy burden.
