Mississippi's subaward program under the federal IIJA Section 40101(d) Grid Resilience Grant Program, administered by the Mississippi Development Authority (MDA). Funds grid resilience investments such as weatherization, monitoring and control technologies, undergrounding, reconductoring, microgrids, battery storage, and hardening of power lines, facilities, and substations. Projects must be completed by end of 2032, with a preference for implementation-ready projects completable within 24 months.

- Electric Grid Operators, Electricity Storage Operators, Electricity Generators, Transmission Owners/Operators, Electricity Distribution Providers, Fuel Suppliers, and Other Relevant Entities as determined by DOE. Small Operators are entities selling not more than 4,000,000 MWh of electricity per year; all others are Large Operators.
