Awards grants through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to projects that identify new technologies or strategies to maximize energy savings, improve the effectiveness of energy conservation programs, or document carbon dioxide reductions from energy conservation projects. Purpose is to assist utilities in meeting the State's 1.5% Energy Conservation Goal.
