HEAR rebates are available to households with incomes at or below 150% of Area Median Income (AMI). Michigan received $105.3 million in federal funding allocated to HEAR.

- Households with incomes at or below 150% of Area Median Income (AMI). Michigan homeowners, including both single-family and multi-family residences. Renters may also qualify for certain rebates with landlord participation. Note: New income qualified applications for EGLE Detroit District and EGLE Warren District properties are temporarily unavailable. Eligible rebate work must be performed by an approved MiHER Registered Contractor.
