- Available to households with incomes at or below 150% of Area Median Income (AMI). Michigan homeowners, including both single-family and multi-family residences. Renters may also qualify for certain rebates with landlord participation. Eligible rebate work must be performed by an approved MiHER Registered Contractor. Note: New income qualified applications for EGLE Detroit District properties are temporarily unavailable.
