- Eligibility
- Any organization able to fully document the total project cost. Projects must be physically located in Michigan, involve deployment of publicly available Level 2 AC and/or DCFC charging stations, and have long-range plans for continued use. Match requirements vary: 20% match for projects in Environmental Justice communities, within 5 miles of Lake Michigan Circuit nodes, or in the Upper Peninsula; 40% match for all other projects. Applicants must be registered as a vendor of the State of Michigan on SIGMA VSS.
