- Eligibility
- Any organization able to fully document the total project cost. Projects must be physically located in Michigan and involve deployment of publicly available Level 2 AC and/or DCFC charging stations. Impacted facilities must have long-range plans for continued use. Match requirements vary: minimum 20% match for projects in Environmental Justice communities, within five miles of identified Lake Michigan Circuit nodes, or in the Upper Peninsula; minimum 40% match for all other projects.
