Helps Massachusetts municipalities meet the five criteria required to become a Green Community, qualifying them for grants that finance energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in municipal buildings, facilities, and schools. The Green Communities Division also provides technical assistance and guidance through Regional Coordinators.
