A multiplier incentive under the Clean Peak Energy Standard that increases the number of Clean Peak Energy Certificates (CPECs) generated by eligible clean peak resources located on qualifying distribution circuits. A resource receiving this multiplier cannot also receive the Near-Term Resource Multiplier.
