Provides a 2x multiplier for the first 10 years of qualification to eligible standalone, front-of-the-meter Qualified Energy Storage Systems (QESS) interconnected to the Distribution System. The program has an initial cap of 50 MW of cumulative QESS capacity. Applications opened January 7, 2025.
