Clean Peak Energy Standard (CPS) – Distribution Circuit Multiplier (DCM)

Massachusetts — state program2x multiplier for the first 10 years of qualification
Provides a 2x multiplier for the first 10 years of qualification to eligible Clean Peak Resources sited on pre-identified distribution circuits. Resources must reserve capacity on a selected circuit by submitting a CPS DCM application prior to submitting a CPS Statement of Qualification Application (SQA).

Eligibility
Eligible Clean Peak Resources sited on pre-identified circuits listed on the Eligible Circuits List. Applicants must provide: Clean Peak Resource type, address, and capacity; owner and contact information; an executed Interconnection Service Agreement; right to construct documentation; and non-ministerial permits. Resources receiving the DCM may not also receive the Near-Term Resource Multiplier.
