A Massachusetts portfolio standard established under the 2018 Act to Advance Clean Energy that requires retail electricity suppliers to meet a minimum percentage of sales with Clean Peak Energy Certificates (CPECs). Qualified Clean Peak Resources generate CPECs that can be used for compliance with the Massachusetts Clean Peak Energy Minimum Standard.
