Climate Catalytic Capital (C3) Fund

Established under the Climate Solutions Now Act (CSNA) of 2022, the C3 Fund provides financing to increase implementation of clean energy measures and technologies intended to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate the effects of climate change. Applications are accepted through discrete investment windows, each tailored to specific financial products, clean energy technologies, and project types. A minimum of 40% of fund investments must assist low-income households and communities throughout Maryland.
