Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS) Technical Assistance Program

Through the Maryland Clean Buildings Hub initiative, the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) is launching a technical assistance program to assist building owners with properties covered by the State building energy performance standards (BEPS) with compliance activities such as energy benchmarking and decarbonization planning. MEA is working with the Maryland Environmental Service (MES) to evaluate proposals from businesses and organizations to help shape and develop a program that provides customized, one-on-one technical assistance to building owners and managers.
