Through the Maryland Clean Buildings Hub initiative, the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) is launching a technical assistance program to assist building owners with properties covered by the State building energy performance standards (BEPS) with compliance activities such as energy benchmarking and decarbonization planning. A vendor has been selected as of August 2026 to provide customized, one-on-one technical assistance to building owners and managers.
