A finance initiative of the Efficiency Maine Green Bank that allows commercial property owners to access financing for energy efficiency and clean energy improvements on their buildings, repaid over time via a property tax assessment with an associated lien on the subject property. Financing features longer terms and transferability of repayment obligations to subsequent property owners.

- Commercial property owners located in a participating municipality; project must be a Qualifying Property and Qualifying Project; applicant may be the Property Owner, Registered Capital Provider, Technical Reviewer, associated improvement contractor, or any dedicated third party coordinating with those parties. A non-refundable application fee of $1,000 is required.
