Tourism Development Act
Kentucky — state programup to 25 percent of the project's development costs over a 10-year term; up to 50 percent of the development costs over a 20-year term for projects on state park, federal park or national forest lands
Provides developers of approved new or expanding tourism projects the ability to recover a percentage of the project's development costs over a multi-year term. Projects on state park, federal park, or national forest lands are eligible for a higher recovery rate over a longer term.
