Provides tax credits to individuals and companies that invest in eligible small businesses through venture capital funds approved by the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA). Investors may be eligible for a credit against Kentucky individual or corporate income tax or Kentucky corporate license tax.
