Uses resources from Section 40401(d) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) to provide essential assistance to small municipal electric utilities in Kentucky that are in high-risk areas or have recently been affected by a disaster. DOE has approved projects for Williamstown Electric Utility, Princeton Electric Plant Board, Owensboro Municipal Utility, and Hopkinsville Electric System.
