SB339 Large Electric Utility Economic Development Rate (50 MW+)

A competitive special electric rate for new, very large electric utility customers with a demand of 50 MW or larger, enabled by SB339 and subject to final approval by the Kansas Corporation Commission. Eligible customers benefit from the special rate for 10 years, and renewable resources can be incorporated into the rate making for additional savings.
