SB339 Large Electric Utility Economic Development Incentive Rate

A competitive special electric rate established under SB339 (with final approval by the Kansas Corporation Commission) designed to attract new, very large electric utility economic development opportunities to Kansas. Eligible customers receive the special rate for 10 years, and renewable resources can be incorporated into the rate for additional savings.
