ComEd DG Rebate terms (dated 2026-10-15): $300/kWh of storage nameplate capacity for residential and under-100 kW demand classes; $250/kWh for larger commercial customers and community supply. Storage must participate in ComEd Scheduled Dispatch Virtual Power Plant (SDVPP) for the required SDVPP term; SDVPP is anticipated to take effect March 1, 2027. Treat as PENDING: do not put the $/kWh figure in a client capital stack until SDVPP enrollment is confirmed. Stacks with the federal Section 48E standalone-storage ITC.
