- ENHANCED INCENTIVE DEADLINES (facilities <500 kW peak demand): the private-sector 30% bonus tier CLOSED April 30, 2026 (additional incentive was capped $30,000/customer at that tier). STILL AVAILABLE: private-sector 20% bonus — submit final application + invoices by September 30, 2026 (capped $20,000/customer); public-facility 40% bonus — submit by September 30, 2026. These bonuses apply on top of standard incentive amounts and can cover up to 75% of total project cost. Solar track pairs directly with 48E federal ITC and Illinois Shines RECs for maximum stack.
