- Ameren EV programs are less mature than ComEd BE Plan 2 but growing. Verify current program year rates before quoting — Ameren updates incentive levels with each program cycle. For clients in southern/central IL, Ameren is the default utility — do not recommend ComEd programs to Ameren customers.
