Loan program funded by U.S. EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Grants for medium- and heavy-duty EV charging infrastructure deployment. Bridges financing gaps for small/medium fleet operators that face capital constraints when installing charging hardware. Loans target both public and private L2 + L3 (DCFC) stations sited to serve fleet electrification and zero-emission freight goals. Complements the Zero Emission Vehicles Loan Program.
