Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program (EECBG)

Funded through Section 40552(a) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and administered by the Indiana Office of Energy Development (OED), this program provides formula grants to local governments in Indiana for energy efficiency and conservation activities. Eligible program areas include energy planning, energy efficiency audits and retrofits, electric transportation, and workforce development. Approximately $1 million is available for the second round.
