The EECBG Program, funded through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and administered by the Indiana Office of Energy Development (OED), provides federal grant funds to local governments in Indiana to increase energy efficiency and conservation. Eligible program activities include energy planning, energy efficiency audits and retrofits, electric transportation, and workforce development. Approximately $1 million is available for the second round.
