Indiana's EECBG program, funded through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and administered by the Indiana Office of Energy Development (OED), provides federal grant funds to local governments for energy efficiency and conservation activities. Eligible program areas include energy planning, energy efficiency audits and retrofits, electric transportation, and workforce development. Approximately $1 million is available for the second round.
