Rebate for professional tune-ups of natural gas space heating boilers, paid per MBTUH of input capacity up to a maximum of $500 per boiler. Cannot be claimed more than once every 36 months.

- Natural gas steam and hot water space heating boilers with input capacity > 100 MBTUH, operational for at least two years. Boilers installed as part of new facility construction are not eligible. Domestic hot water boilers are not eligible. Tune-up must be completed by a professional third-party contractor.
