- The programmable thermostat must be capable of maintaining separate programs for weekdays and weekends, with at least two temperature settings for each program. Must be installed on systems with space heating equipment < 120 MBTUH. Thermostats installed as part of a new facility construction are not eligible. Must replace manual-only temperature control or thermostat. Must be installed on single zone heating systems.
