- Fiberglass, foam, calcium silicate or other similar insulation types qualify. Pipe insulation installed as part of a new facility construction is not eligible. Rebates are paid per linear foot installed and will not exceed the total cost of the insulation installed. Insulation must meet minimum thickness or R-value requirements depending on pipe location and system type.
