- Active commercial Nicor Gas customers. Non-condensing boilers must have TE ≥ 85% (300–2,500 MBTUH) or AFUE ≥ 85% (0–299 MBTUH). End-use must be space heating. Boilers over 2,500 MBTUH may qualify for a custom incentive.
