Eligibility: Record of a third-party steam trap survey must be submitted. Steam trap repairs/replacements must be completed/installed on an existing commercial or multi-family system. Repairs/replacements must be completed on existing steam traps that are failed leaking or blow-through. Blocked traps do not qualify. System must have operating pressure ≥ 15 psig.
