Nicor Gas offers a rebate for greenhouse boiler tune-ups at $0.50 per MBTUH, capped at $1,500 per boiler. Tune-ups must be completed by a professional third-party contractor and boilers must not have been tuned in the past three years.

- Eligible boilers must have an input capacity > 100 MBTUH and have been operational for at least two years. Boilers installed as part of a new facility construction are not eligible. Only natural gas steam and hot water boilers are eligible. Domestic hot water boilers are not eligible. Rebates cannot be claimed more than once every three years.
