Rebate for installation of high-efficiency condensing boilers (TE ≥ 90% or AFUE ≥ 90%) with input capacity of 0–2,500 MBTUH in commercial spaces. Boilers over 2,500 MBTUH may qualify for a custom incentive.

- Eligibility
- Active commercial Nicor Gas customers. Condensing boilers must have TE ≥ 90% (300–2,500 MBTUH) or AFUE ≥ 90% (0–299 MBTUH). Must have outdoor-air reset control installed unless supply temperature does not exceed 140°F. End-use must be space heating.
