Expands HSA eligibility and contribution rules permanently starting for plan years on or after Jan. 1, 2025 (telehealth) and Jan. 1, 2026 (bronze/catastrophic plans and direct primary care arrangements). Allows HSA contributions and tax-free use of HSA funds for telehealth services before meeting a high-deductible health plan deductible, and extends HSA compatibility to bronze and catastrophic health plans and direct primary care arrangements.
