Expands HSA eligibility and benefits: telehealth/remote care services can be received before meeting the HDHP deductible (permanent for plan years starting on or after Jan. 1, 2025); bronze and catastrophic health plans are treated as HSA-compatible starting Jan. 1, 2026; and individuals enrolled in certain direct primary care (DPC) arrangements may contribute to and use HSA funds for DPC fees starting Jan. 1, 2026.
