The fourth application period for Illinois's NEVI grant program is open for any organization or business interested in developing NEVI-funded EV charging infrastructure anywhere in Illinois. Projects may serve passenger vehicles as well as medium- and heavy-duty vehicles, and may include DC fast chargers, Level 2 chargers, or a combination.
