A $14 million revolving loan fund administered by the Illinois Finance Authority (IFA) and capitalized through a U.S. DOE grant. Eligible projects include solar, battery storage, geothermal, energy efficiency, and other clean energy upgrades in commercial buildings (including multifamily with 5+ units) in Illinois.
