Funds installation of publicly-available Level 2 and Level 3 fast charging stations across Illinois using Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA) funding. Up to 80% of the cost of installation may be funded. Round 3 is estimated at $20 million and will open November 17, 2025, on a first-come, first-served basis; however, all available funding has currently been requested and the round is not accepting new applications.
