Low-interest loans offered by the Idaho Governor's Office of Energy and Mineral Resources (OEMR) to fund energy efficiency projects for single-family homes in Idaho. Eligible projects include insulation, energy-efficient appliances, HVAC upgrades, lighting retrofits, weatherization, renewable energy installations, and window/door replacements. Loans are evaluated by a financial institution for creditworthiness and must be secured with real estate.

- Idaho residents who can provide a warranty deed or recent deed of trust for a single-family residential property and are able to pass a credit check. No income requirements. Must use a contractor who is appropriately registered or licensed in the State of Idaho. Project must be approved and funded before installation begins.
