The GLBE Program supports rural governments in identifying and planning energy efficiency improvements in public facilities. Eligible applicants receive an ASHRAE Level 1 Energy Audit at their building(s), follow-up assistance, and funding to create an Energy Action Plan (EAP) that identifies priority projects and strategies for obtaining future funding.
