A Hawaii state energy rebate program for home electrification and appliance upgrades. Eligible appliances include Energy Star certified heat pump dryers and convection cooktops/stoves/ranges/ovens. DIY retroactive rebates are available post-launch for eligible residents for certain appliances.

Eligibility
Households must submit state-issued ID, proof of Hawaiʻi residency and/or property ownership, and prove income eligibility. Household must meet all income requirements. Fuel switching (e.g., propane or natural gas stove to induction cooktop) is not eligible. Only Energy Star certified heat pump dryers and convection stove/cooktop/range/oven are eligible for DIY rebate reimbursements; convection stove/cooktop/range/oven must replace an existing electric stove/cooktop/range/oven.
