A Hawaii state energy rebate program for home efficiency upgrades. Rebates are available for existing and new single-family and multi-family homes. Residents can participate in both HOMES and HEEHR programs if income requirements are met and they do not apply for rebates addressing the same measure.

- Households must submit state-issued ID, proof of Hawaiʻi residency and/or property ownership, and prove income eligibility. Income eligibility may be established through categorical eligibility (SSI, Public Housing, WIC depending on household size and county). Certified contractors required for point-of-sale rebates.
