A Hawaii state energy rebate program for home efficiency upgrades. Rebates are intended to work together with or separately from the HEEHR program. Available for existing and new single-family and multi-family homes post launch.

- Households must submit state-issued ID, proof of Hawaiʻi residency and/or property ownership, and prove income eligibility. Household must meet all income requirements. Households cannot apply for rebates that address the same measure as HEEHR.
