A state energy rebate program providing point-of-sale and retroactive rebates for eligible home electrification upgrades in Hawaii, including Energy Star certified heat pump dryers and convection cooktops. Fuel switching (e.g., propane/gas to induction) is not eligible. Residents can participate in both HOMES and HEEHR provided they meet income requirements for both and do not apply for rebates addressing the same measure.
