A Solar-as-a-Service (third-party owned solar) program for low and moderate-income (LMI) homeowners and renters in Hawaii. Similar to a solar lease or PPA, it allows LMI households to have a solar PV system installed, owned, and operated on their rooftop at no upfront cost, with energy purchased at a pre-determined rate via on-bill payments on their monthly electric utility bill.
