Georgia's Weatherization Assistance Program increases the energy efficiency of dwellings owned or occupied by low-income persons using whole-house weatherization. Funded by the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, it covers measures such as air and duct sealing, insulation, HVAC improvements, lighting efficiency, hot water tank and pipe insulation, and water conservation devices.

Eligibility
Household income cannot exceed 200 percent of the federal poverty level. Preference is given to the elderly, people with disabilities, and families with children. Single-family homes, manufactured homes, and multifamily buildings are eligible.
