Georgia — state programup to $16,000 depending on household income and expected energy savings
Provides rebates for whole-home energy efficient retrofits, including insulation, air sealing, HVAC, and other home improvement measures. A program contractor completes an energy assessment, and rebate amounts are determined by the amount of energy saved through the upgrade and/or household income level.
