RenewPACE is a Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing program offered through the Florida Green Finance Authority in partnership with Renew Financial. It provides 100% financing for energy efficiency, renewable energy, water-saving, and resiliency upgrades for homes and businesses, repaid through property taxes over 5–25 years.
