Offers rebates for electric appliances and other efficiency measures including heat pump water heaters, heat pumps for space heating and cooling, electric stoves, heat pump clothes dryers, electrical load service center upgrades, insulation, air sealing, ventilation, and electric wiring. Specifically targeted to low-income households. Funded through the federal Inflation Reduction Act.
