Connecticut — state programSee program
The Connecticut Green Bank's Solar PPA allows commercial, nonprofit, and municipal building owners to go solar with no upfront costs or new debt. Participants purchase the electricity generated by a solar system installed on their building, often at a significant discount to grid power, under a standard 20-year agreement term. The Green Bank oversees development and management of the system.
