A no-cost technical assistance program that helps affordable multifamily housing providers access solar and storage by identifying project sites, designing projects based on feasibility, coordinating incentives and contractors, and providing financing through a lease or loan. The program bundles participating projects to achieve economies of scale and manages all steps from development through energization.
