Rebates for residential insulation installation in CT, available for both professional contractor and self-installation options. Professional contractor installation qualifies for up to $2.00/sq. ft. (up to $10,000 or 75% of total cost, whichever is less); self-installation qualifies for $0.25/sq. ft. Enhanced incentives are available for income-qualified customers and those in Environmental Justice Communities.
